CO.MA.CO. S.r.l., as the Data Controller of your personal data, refers you to this Social Media Policy.
In relation to the aforementioned processing activities, the Data Controller provides, among other things, the following information.

The purpose of this Social Media Policy is to describe the rules of conduct that users should follow when using the website and the spaces established by CO.MA.CO. S.r.l. on social media platforms.

CO.MA.CO. S.r.l. uses its website and the social media platforms referred to below ("Social Media") for general communication purposes, to interact with users online, provide access to its services and promote its activities. The Data Controller also uses its social media pages and channels to encourage participation, discussion and dialogue with users, promoting transparency and information sharing.

The CO.MA.CO. S.r.l. website provides and will continue to provide access to various Social Media platforms (which may include, without limitation, Facebook, Twitter and others, although currently only Facebook and YouTube are included). These services offer comment sections, message boards and public forums. Content published by users may include: communications concerning the Data Controller's activities and services, information about ongoing projects, social initiatives, photographs and videos relating to events organised by the Data Controller. Information request and assistance services are available through the various pages and channels of these platforms. Comments, questions, criticism and suggestions submitted by users are also collected.
By using Social Media, users acknowledge that published content (including text, images and videos) may be freely visible to everyone and that, consequently, the Data Controller cannot guarantee its privacy.
 
Comments and Responses on Social Media
In addition to providing another online communication channel, the purpose of the Social Media services offered by the Data Controller is to respond to requests publicly submitted through its pages and channels and forward them to the appropriate departments within the company to ensure relevant responses. Response times may vary depending on the type of request.
 
Risk Warnings
Users are advised to carefully consider whether to include personal data in their posts or comments, including email addresses and mobile phone numbers, which could directly or indirectly reveal their identity. Particular caution should be exercised when dealing with sensitive personal data. Users should also carefully consider whether to publish audio recordings, photographs or videos that could identify other individuals without first obtaining their consent to the processing of such data.
Users must also be careful not to include information in their posts that could directly or indirectly reveal the identity of third parties. The various pages operated by CO.MA.CO. S.r.l. on Social Media platforms may be freely followed by all Internet users without requesting authorisation from the Data Controller. For this reason, CO.MA.CO. S.r.l. recommends exercising caution when disclosing personal data while using these platforms. The terms of use and Privacy Policies applicable to each Social Media platform are published on their respective websites and govern the information provided by users. The Data Controller does not exercise any control over the use of personal information disclosed in public forums or comment sections, and users remain solely responsible for any such disclosure. The Data Controller expects all participants in online discussions to express their opinions respectfully and appropriately. Insults and offensive language will therefore not be tolerated.
CO.MA.CO. S.r.l. reserves the right to report offensive language, insults, threats and behaviour that incites or promotes violence to the operators of the relevant Social Media platforms.
 
Privacy and Personal Data Processing
Users are reminded that the processing of their personal data is also governed by the policies applicable to the platforms they use. Privacy on Social Media depends on users' awareness of how they use the platforms, their services and their features. Consequently, information generated through these platforms is effectively shared "voluntarily" by users, who therefore cannot claim that such sharing constitutes a violation of their personal privacy. Article 21 of the Italian Constitution protects freedom of expression while establishing certain limitations. One of these, which is not always adequately respected, concerns the reputation of others. When expressing opinions about another user, it is important to remember that the use of excessively harsh or offensive language may expose the author to liability for defamation. Everyone has the right to participate and freely express their opinions.
Any personal data published by users is processed by CO.MA.CO. S.r.l. in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the provisions (particularly those concerning the purposes and methods of data processing) set out in the Privacy Policy published on the CO.MA.CO. S.r.l. website, which users are required to review before consulting this Social Media Policy.
Furthermore, personal data is voluntarily published by users, and the Data Controller processes such data exclusively for the purpose of providing the aforementioned services.
